As a producer of nail polish, mascara, lip gloss, and eyeliner, IL Cosmetics sells its products worldwide, ranking number 1 in Europe and number 2 globally in nail polish, and holding a leading position in mascara in Europe. The group employs approximately 500 people worldwide, with its administrative and commercial headquarters as well as its main factory based in Luxembourg.

Client Support in the Project from A to Z :

  • Layout Concept: Supporting clients in crafting space planning based on the provided relational framework.
  • Design & Build: Consultancy on colors and materials according to the company’s image and executing the works managed by our project manager as a general contractor.
  • Technical Aspects and Finishing: handling bare premises, installing all building systems (electricity, heating, ventilation, plumbing, etc.) in collaboration with our subcontractors. Handover of the fully finished space, ready for use.
  • Furniture: offering various furniture options and client selection. Furniture installation by our team.

Mr. Jean François HARPES, president of the company, and Mr. Bernard CITROEN, managing director, entrusted us with the design of their new administrative offices in Livange. Mr. Citroën notes that Tertia demonstrated flexibility and initiative throughout the process, both in aesthetic proposals and supplier choices. The greatest advantage of Tertia Office Solutions was offering a comprehensive support solution, from floor plan design, material selection, technical expertise for fluid installation, to office furniture delivery… all while allowing the client to have only a single point of contact.

The challenge of this project was to integrate the entire administrative and commercial team on 2 floors of the same building, developing an ambiance concept reflecting the company’s image. Tertia worked on the look of the spaces in collaboration with the client’s marketing team to best translate the world of cosmetics. IL Cosmetics also appreciated that the planned deadlines and budgets were respected.

To conclude, it was a one-stop shop, on time, and on budget.
